Alexandra Clark

ALEXANDRA CLARK is currently Senior Counsel with the Ministry of the Attorney General, Crown Law Office – Civil. Prior to joining the Ministry in 2017 she was the Director, Enforcement Litigation for the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada. From 2003 to 2013 she was Senior Litigation Counsel with the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission and from 1998 to 2003 she practiced civil litigation with Torys LLP in Toronto.

Her past volunteer experience includes working with Lawyers Feed the Hungry, as well as serving as a Director of the Advocates’ Society, a not-for-profit organization with over 6,000 members located across Canada. She is currently a Co-Chair of the University of Toronto’s academic disciplinary tribunal.

At home, Alexandra is the proud mother of twin teenagers that she initially raised as a single parent.
